Detection of multiple accounts will result in closure of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and permanent ban from ph565 services.

3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request will result in account suspension and inability to withdraw funds until verification is completed.

• Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification

• Repeated disputes or chargebacks

Upon account closure, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, minus any applicable fees or disputed amounts. Bonus funds and winnings from bonuses not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited.
